Swim distance Takapuna

Hi swimmers!

Now I found some information on the internet on what the locations are of the buoys at Takapuna including cable buoy and what the distances are between them, or what they seem to be. My estimation was always that from the beach to cable buoy and back is about three kilometer. What do you think?

Note that buoy four is missing so this could actually be a recent map. I am not sure though.

The map has a really "clear" table below it which is actually quite a puzzle to decipher, however I believe a one way trip from The Strand to Cable buoy is 1,520 meter.

    Interesting Frank. It almost looks like a map that the TRi club may have adapted a while back. I'm not quite sure but I think I have seen a something similar for a social swim they did a couple of years ago. But I could be very wrong!
