Save the date!
Saturday 23 December will be our annual swimmers' Secret Santa and Christmas morning tea.
Starting: 9.30am prompt, to allow those who are busy or are hitting the road to make a getaway. This means slow people like me may need to get in the water earlier or swim for less, in order to get changed, grab a drink etc.
Location: The Green, Takapuna. Hopefully we will be able to grab the large tables outside Jam. If Jam isn't open, then there are plenty of other places around to buy coffee from.
Please bring: your Secret Santa gift for your fellow swimmer. Usually we say roughly to the value of $20, but it doesn't have to be exactly that amount.
Please also bring: some morning tea to share/a shared plate.
I'll take a look at the forecast a day or two beforehand to confirm the location.
