Meet at swings at northern end of Langs beach at 7:30am.
Swim start 7:45am.
Swim along the coast to Waipu Cove, no get out points but always plenty of surf life savers in support.
Anything goes e.g. fins or even naked?? Helen
Approx 3 kms.
No jellies but patches of the red lettuce again.
$20 I think, haven't had confirmation of that.
