Good Friday Swim on the Dark Side

On behalf of Helen and Tom you are invited to a swim over on the Dark Side aka Northcote Point.

The plan is:
When: Good Friday, 22nd April 2011.
Meet: 8:30am at 4 Clarence Road, Northcote Point (old house behind Bridgeway cinema)ready to hit the water at 9am.

Options:
Longest swim - approx 4km. Halls Beach (down from Bridgeway) to Birkenhead wharf, to the Harbour Bridge, around the first pylon, compulsory tumble turn off pylon, back under Northcote Point wharf to Halls Beach. Or follow Helen and Steve.

Not So Long Swim: - approx 3kms. Halls Beach (down from the Bridgeway)to Birkenhead wharf to Pipers Rock back to Halls Beach. Leader to be confirmed.

Least Longest Swim - approx 2kms. Halls Beach (down from the Bridgeway)to Birkenhead wharf back to Halls Beach. Meegan will lead from the back!

There will be kayaks on the water.

Brunch to follow afterwards. Please bring a plate of something scrummy to eat.
ETA for brunch will be around 10:30am to 11:00am and wrap up around midday.

Cancellation?:
Will have to be really bad to cancel (maybe like last Saturday!)
Forecast for Friday is fine with light North East winds which is perfect, but you can never tell. If it is cancelled it will be on the blog at 7amish on Friday morning.
