Waiheke Island Sculpture Exhibition Fri 11 Feb

We try and go to this when it is on (every 2nd year?) and so the plan this year is Friday 11th February. A: because it is not a weekend and B: it suits me!
It is better to go early but I want to go to Steve's squad first (9am Taka toilet block)

There is a Waiheke ferry leaving the city at 11am and travelling via Devonport (arrive at Devonport at 11:10am approx). Probably walk the Sculpture trail straight off the ferry then head to Oneroa (nearest food and beach) for cafe and swim/play.
Ferries back to Devonport leave Waiheke at 2pm and 4pm, more frequent ferries straight to the city. We could car pool to Devonport after squad.

All invited for those able to have Friday off, no need to RSVP, we will be on the 11am ferry to Waiheke. Helen will be Exhibition Tour Guide - be warned!

So far, Kate, me, Helen, Jude and Jude's brother Russell. Hubby Kev may come but he will never decide until 5 minutes beforehand!
