Meegan is hitting that number next week and we thought we would celebrate it on Saturday 23rd with a lake swim followed by a brunch afterwards at my (Kate's place).
We know there are a number of people away and some are not keen on the lake. So, those that still want to swim in the sea and join us afterwards are most welcome.
Details so far:
Kate's place: Unit 11, 7 Killarney St (same row of apartments as Meegan's)
When: Saturday 23rd January
Start time: Meet at Kate's just before 8am, ready to be in the water from the jetty at the bottom of the garden for 8am hit the water.
Swim routes yet to be determined, but swim for about an hour, slow/medium and fast groups. Wetsuits required for buoyancy. No kayakers booked. (probably not needed).
Brunch to follow at Kate's or near the jetty weather permitting.
Let Kate know if you can make it, so Kate and her catering assistant Helen can feed you well.
