Check out the Pacific Swims website. It seems to be a bit more professional than when Cathy and I first investigated the options.
In my previous life I dived in Vanuatu, Fiji and The Solomons, they'd all make wildly exciting swimming destinations. Fiji has the nicest beaches, The Solomons offers the most remote destination (and worst food) and Vanuatu's a mix of both. They'll do private bookings if we make up our own group.
