We had a sizeable gathering for our last naked full moon swim. But that was a month ago, and we have another opportunity for some silliness in the dark.
The full moon is on Tuesday 23 February, which means those with husbands who have birthdays on Wednesday 24th, should be able to make it. The sun sets at 8.09pm and we have a high tide at 8.51pm.
It would make more sense to meet and swim at Takapuna, as a few of us will be doing the Beach Series and will have had a chance to fortify ourselves with a drink (or two). But that may be a little public, so I will confer and come up with other options for those that would prefer.
Let Maryanne or I know if you're keen to take part.
